I got this book because my coach asked me to research about intermittent fasting. All i can say it's that i am hooked!, i love how detailed this book is about it and gives you the steps to start this new way of life, i have been doing this for 5 days and i already lost 4 lbs and my energy has increased! wow.

Extremely short book. It is more like a pamphlet on fasting. I found I had many more questions after the 10 min read than I got answered. Seemed like it should have been a blog post.

There is almost an industry of people writing essays (they can't properly be described as books) on topical subjects, usually diet-related. I guess if you entrap hundreds of people even at cheap prices, you can make a sizeable passive oncome. This is one such "book"- no research, nothing new to contribute, just a chatty quick read like a magazine article.

I’ve been on a diet on and off, probably like most of us at some point. It’s such a frustrating thing as the pounds you scrape off are right back on before you know it. I found this book a great read, with just the right amount of detail to not get overly complicated. I don’t want to get a degree in fasting, just want to lose those love handles here and there and most importantly – stay healthy. The fasting helped with that. I actually felt less hungry as the stomach gets used to less intake very quickly. Great book that describes the options for different fasting approaches. Good length, not too short, not too long. Can highly recommend!

This is a short and concise review of the history and benefits of intermittent fasting. While there are pros and cons to IF, this book clarifies that fasting has been a natural part of life for all of man's history! It is the current 24/7 availability of poor quality food that has led to the current epidemic of obesity and related health issues. Time to slow down, give our bodies a break! Let IF give the body a rest and choose real food, whole foods to nourish our bodies. Good read!

Ive always been interested in intermittent fasting, I've watched videos and short clips on them but I needed something that was more detailed with steps, this book was the perfect purchase, the information in this book is all you need to start fasting right now. The facts, examples, steps by steps are perfect for a newbie like me. Ive always struggles with my weight I'm glad i came across this book I definitely recommend it!I
