I read a lot of books about nutrition and most of them were very similar and full of bla bla bla. In this book I found a direction and a simply guide for a radical change without restrictions.
At first it was hard to change the mealtimes. After one week it became a routine and after one month I lost 7 kg!
I can only recommend this book. I love it!
