NB After a fair amount of research, I found out that the code in my area expressly prohibited shipping container buildings. more importantly, after getting quotes for shipping containers, I quickly came to realize that stick built sheds/houses were dramatically cheaper and easier.
When this version downloaded it did so in what appeared to be 3 pitch. The buttons to make the pitch larger were grey-out and unusable. Since I could not read the book I can not comment on its content.
