About the Author
Internet Lawyer Mike Young started programming computers nearly 30 years ago with an Atari 400. By high school, he was writing text-based adventure games on an Apple IIe and coding in COBOL on a Wang system. Instead of getting an MBA after undergrad, Mike went to Southern Methodist University (SMU) for his first law degree. While a law student, he dabbled in online bulletin board systems (BBSs), the precursor for today’s social networking. After getting his Juris Doctor, Mike earned an advanced international law degree (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center. Shortly after he began practicing traditional business law, Mike represented his first Internet business law client in the mid-90s. Today, his practice focuses on helping entrepreneurs protect and grow their businesses primarily online. President of the Internet Attorneys Association and Chairman of the Internet Ethics Council, Mike considers himself to be an “Ethopportunist,” that is, one who looks for ethical opportunities to build successful enterprises. An entrepreneur at heart, Mike has owned or co-owned 14 different privately held companies. This means legal advice provided by him is based both on the law and real world experience as a business owner.

I highly recommend this book. It's a bargain for the price.
Raise questions and provided answers I would have never considered.
A trustworthy and simple approach with the "Pros & Cons" easily identified. A must read before diving into the waters of Internet E-Business. Even if you intend to get a lawyer it establishes the agenda you need to discuss saving time and probably money.
The description was easy to understand with lots of case example. I signed up online with Mike to get an update and have been receiving regular email on some legal related article. Although the email itself is not a legal advice, I really appreciate the update on those news since I will not be able to keep track of all the regulation and possible law changes.
I highly recommend the book.
