5 Stars: The saga continues in the fourth book in the Psychic Menage Series. Dirt Dweller Kindise has escaped from the Dirt Dwellers and the Star Rider who wanted to mate her. Lucky girl had Fae warrior Sori help her to find refuge. Sori and his roommate Jaden have promised to help Kindise find the man she loves. But is the man she loves the one meant for her? What is his relationship to the evil ruler of the Dirt Dwellers. Kindise is on an emotional roller coaster as she learns who to trust, who to love, and who are the players in the skirmishes between the Dirt Dwellers and the Airbornes. And an interesting new group is starting to make a presence in this saga. This book is fantastic. This is meant to be a 7 book series, and each book introduces a menage relationship that appears to play a significant role in the conflicts between the Dirt Dwellers and the Airbornes. Each book has a dedicated storyline that does not leave the reader feeling like that just read a chapter with a big cliffhanger. I for one do not like serials. This series is more like an ongoing saga leading up to what I hope will be an epic conclusion. I cannot wait to see what happens next.
5 Stars Once again Havens returns with readers to her futuristic world, full of adventure and a dash of chaos. This story is both fun and intense. Chemistry between the characters rules the day as they end up on a wild adventure. The love triangle that Havens has created here was not only believable, but also completely captivating. I enjoyed how the different personalities played off of one another and complemented each other.
I love the different peoples that we get to meet throughout this novel (and the series. I'd suggest reading the novels in order for full impact). Havens has done a remarkable job of developing them and their surroundings. The differences in culture are so apparent yet at the same time, everyone, when taken individually, is simply a person, even if some are much more captivating than others.
I'll admit it. I love this series. Each individual novel has held me captive throughout. I devoured them from cover to cover. This one was no exception, in fact, it was the best yet. Havens has a remarkable way of mixing erotic heat with an intriguing story line to create an absolutely unforgettable whole.
5 Stars As I have read the previous books in this series, I was excited to get this one to read. Houston has out done herself with this one. This one has to be my favorite so far. The passion between Kindise and her two men was so hot it will burn you. Packed full of action and steamy sex scenes. I loved the story line and all of the characters. While sci-fi is not one of most read genres, I truly do enjoy Houston's work and look forward to more from her.
5 Stars This book...her books are brilliant, sexy and HOT. I know others give more descriptive, detailed accounts of the books and really give a basic summary. I can't.
I have no idea where to start. Her stories are fantastically written, thought provoking...and did I mention HOT?
From the Author
My way gave readers what I'd heard them asking for. I decided to do a series, so I could weave the stories in my mind into three plot lines (a series plot with a book plot and asexual plot). It was then I created Sinful Surrender book one of the Psychic Menage series. And quickly followed with the Paranormal flavored Phantom Desire book two of the Psychic Menage series.
I based this series plot on years of research. Things I'd learned and discovered about our reality. Secret things were going on in our world that only a chosen few knew about. I wanted to expose (like my characters Fay Avalon and Chandra Lamar) all the truths and myths and what ifs. I'd heard one of our Presidents talk about Psychic Spies, but he never told the public what or who they were. What could they do? How did they do whatever it was they did? What part of what they did was psychic? I wanted to know.
In investigating psychic spies I stumbled across D.U.M.B. and in that research I kept running into a very odd connections about a group called the Illuminati. I found more strange facts and connections about technologies we have. The public still has no clue we have it. I uncovered HAARP and other weapons and the shocking ways they were being used. Some were so far out it's hard to believe...but reality can't be denied. I found bloodline connections between the Elites and secrets about our real history that we have never been taught. I wanted to know why.
I wanted to forget writing romance and write a tell-all book - but who would read it? NO one. That's when I realized the best way to show and tell the truth is to entertain people while doing it. Based on my reviews, I've entertained you well, and in that entertaining I've opened a few eyes.
Like my life, how much of what I tell you is real and how much is fiction? Read my books and decide.
