Format: Hardcover
About 200 large pages of striking closeups of stranger-than-fiction animals living in the ocean and other water environments. Some of them must be seen to be believed. I would give it 5 stars if the text were more thorough, but it occupies only a small space on each page. It is difficult to pick out the strangest creature, but the leafy seadragon (Phycodorus eques)on page 45 must be one of them.

The seller sent me two books from America to Australia in a sack with no wrapping. Not impressed. Please do not so this to your buyers! The book despite being knocked about is beautifully illustrated and worded- HOWEVER I suspect I purchased some cheap Chinese reproduction as the photos looked second-rate compared to the original book that I already have signed by the authors themselves.
