I asked them how long it would take to fix this simple problem and was advised they did not have a service center in the U.S. and would have to send it back to their factory (i.e., China). They received the watch from me on April 1 and I received it back on August 14. It is working now, but I dread the upcoming time change this fall.
If this happens again, I will bite the bullet and take it to a jewelry store and pay for it myself.
UPDATE: I was forced to reset the date on the watch on October 1st and the stem came completely out again. Invicta refuses to do anything to correct this problem.
I already have 2 of the Venom Brand...huge ones in comparison to this one...
When I saw it and the price I was impressed knowing the quality of the brand...but when I received them they looked like a Woman not Man watch....
Not realizing that I am used to large and heavy watches this one did not feel or look right on my wrist....but I have to be fair...it is a very well made watch and looks expensive...
I gave it to my wife....
