INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING: 1) In your publisher or word program, set your page size to 5"x 8". 2) In your printer settings, also set the page size to 5"x 8". 3) For invitations, create a 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" (3 1/4" x 4 1/2" text box for RSVP cards) text box on your 5" x 8" page and type in your information you want to print on the cards. Position the text box onto the card where you'd like it to print. Remember, there is a 1/2" raised border edge going around the card that is not printable. Print a test card. You may need to re-position/resize the text box a few times before it lines up the way you want on the card. You can use the front and back of the cards for test printing.

The set did not come with instructions on printing, and you will need many test prints so order more than you will need. We probably wasted 15 of each RSVP and invitation just trying to get the printing right.
The process of printing my own invitations, however, was very time consuming and at times a headache. Granted, we have limited knowledge of computers and printing. Because of the thickness of the paper, we had to print 1 at a time on our ink jet printer and experienced several paper jams. For the smaller RSVP cards, we had to use the special photo slot that our printer came with which worked perfectly. It might be hard to print the small cards without this. It was also a major challenge to align the design so that it printed within the raised panels. We printed 60 invitations and 60 RSVP's for a small wedding, and it took us about 4 hours of on and off frustration. Please consider this if you have a larger wedding.
Overall, I would definitely purchase this product again with the awareness that it requires a lot of work to make your own invites.
