Tumor regressed in 1 month!

I was diagnosed with Stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma in June 2017. I have always been healthy, so I chose to eat clean, juice and look for the cause and solution. The tumor barely grew in 11 months. I found infection in my jaw (cavitations and a periapical granuloma - bacteria hiding in the root of a tooth dripping toxins into my jaw - with no symptoms; found by using thermography) and a MTHFR defect (doesn't allow liver detoxification). Also diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Tooth was pulled in March 2018. In May 2018 this book was recommended. I started Dr. Brownstein's protocol. Within 1 month the tumor shrank from over 3 cm to just 1 cm as confirmed by MRI. Additionally my muscle fatigue diminished so that I could exercise.
I must disclose that I used more than 50 mg of iodine a day for the month. My reasoning was that I was deficient based on a skin test, and my problems showed up in a salivary gland (had a stone removed in Aug 2016), thyroid and breast tissue; all which should be saturated with iodine.
I will be taking a Greek test soon to see if my gene expression has improved and my circulating cancer cells have diminished.
My family and friends are so happy and intrigued by this miracle of iodine!

I found out about this book from a member on the ThyCa website. This has been nothing sort of a blessing. I am using 100mg (as suggested) for three months and will reduce dosage to a "maintenance" dose of 50mg. I no longer drink nothing but non-chlorinated and fluoride ridden water. As soon as my toothpaste is finished I'm getting one (from my local health food store) w/o fluoride. I try not to eat pasta & bread out in restaurants and I've been making my own bread and using King Arthur's flour (which is never brominated) at home. If I do eat out I will make sure and wait a significant amount of time after taking the iodine supplementation to ensure my body has absorbed it. I also use pink himalayan salt when cooking. I make sure and get my B-12 shots, take 3000mg of vitamin c, a multivitamin, selennium (which I eat a [I'm sure I should eat more but I don't like it] Brazil nut per day) and magnesium. I can feel the brain fog lifting. I feel my energy returning to me....I'm not at 100% yet but I feel as if I'm getting there. I'm trying to make sure I drink enough water but I'm not much of a drinker...so I have to push myself everyday.

I've made lifestyle and eating changes (for the better, i hope) and I did the 24-iodine upload and was deficient. Keep in mind the idoine taste horrific...I add it to my coffee/tea/juice to mask the taste. You can take iodoral instead via tablet (which I bought and haven't used yet). I think people close to me see the changes. The best part is becoming mentally alert again. I felt so incompetent and frustrated when I couldn't remember thing or missed the simpliest thing at work I never missed before. I highly suggest it. As with anything you should tell your physician what you're taking/doing. And the high dosage recommended in the book and repeated NUMEROUS TIMES is NOT TO BE USED LONG TERM! That is the key, the 100mg of iodine is for THREE months ONLY, the purpose is to flood your system and kick out all the toxic halides in the cell receptors. You will have some side effects if you don't do the recommended two week prep before taking the iodine. I didn't do the prep and reduced the dosage to half and then after the symptoms went away I upped it back to the 100mg and will reduce when the three months is up. Those are the key things to remember. Hope this review helps. =)

Really a great book. Dr. Brownstein is a wonderful Dr...I can tell you that this is the 3rd book I have bought for others I know suffering from thyroid problems. Personally, I have found that I did follow Dr. Brownstein's methodology, and have been cured of all the illnesses (took almost a year to repair myself) I had, from bi-lateral carpel tunnel, idiopathic hives, some other skin ailments, and a myriad of other crazy health issues. Adding Iodine, selenium, magnesium, vitamin C, Celtic grey sea salt, and pure spring water daily (I no longer drink or cook with city fluoridated water) and removed levothyroxine, (synthroid) adding dedicated pig thyroid (Armour) worked for me. I also added a chiropractic adjustments for some added benefits. I continue to support Dr. Brownstein's methods...the regular medical industry doesn't get it. The facts are in his book. Read it. Follow it. Feel better.

Beware of toxicity

Interesting book, and I do agree that most people who don't live on the ocean and eat seafood are Iodine deficient. However, I experienced toxicity following the Author's advice. There was a honeymoon period the first 2-4 weeks when I felt MUCH better, but after 3 or 4 months of taking high doses of iodine, I was very anxious, sweating like crazy, and just burning all engines. Not a good feeling. Lucky for me, I determined it was iodine toxicity. I lowered my dose to 500mcg/day of Kelp Tablets. It was a little rough going. I felt tired during the transition, but after another 3-4 weeks, my entire body normalized from this experiment. I've been taking 500mcg ever since, and feel awesome.
