The wrist wraps are easy-to-use, very supportive, and aren't too bulky or uncomfortable. They do their job extremely well, as all my overhead or over-the-face lifts feel much more controlled now. I've had scares in the past with my wrists turning during heavy loads on bench, and that problem has been alleviated with these.

As for the lifting straps, they are comfortable as well. I generally don't use them unless I'm deadlifting 300+ pounds, but they serve their purpose in providing that extra grip so I can concentrate on the lift instead of stopping the set early because my fingers slip (I can't use chalk in my gym unfortunately).

All in all, a great product at a great price, would recommend again 9/10

After these shipped I immediately went to go and try the wrist wraps out and little did I know how useful they are.

Been lifting for only a few years and I'm the guy that never uses a weight belt, wrist wraps, straps or neck pads for squats. I lift heavy and do so because I find pleasure in multiple reps of 305lbs on the bench and 425lbs back squats and so on.

After using the wrist wraps I can now see the value in them if you're serious about moving weight. I personally don't like the feeling of depending on what I think are "accessories" but I'm glad I experienced their value nonetheless and can now view them more as an aide to the process.

I don't plan on using these each visit to the gym but I'm glad that I have them whenever I'd like to use them.

Anyway, get these. You won't be sorry that you did.

I bought this new pair since my old ones were getting too old. the lifting straps were a bit shorter than expected but I still had about 2 inches left over when I wrapped over for deadlifts. This was actually a lot better than my previous ones since i didn't have to deal with that much-unused material. They are a bit thinner about 3mm than my previous one, you can't really tell unless you have gotten used to some other thicker brand.
The wrist wraps were the best ones. My previous WW were just too rigid and the velcro was not sticking anymore. This ones were a bit more flexible while providing a strong support.
One thing i have noticed is that the stitching in white will come apart in a way, not really, if you throw them in the washer a lot. what i mean by that is that you will be getting some strings fuss. not really a big deal, i don't think it affects its performance.

The wist wraps helped with by wrist pain. My wrist are always hurting when I lift but my pain has basically gone a way thanks to the support. The lifting straps are amazing. Grip has always been my weakest link, I think it has to do to my wrist. with the straps my dead-lift has gone up 20 pounds (405 to 425) and a now I can lift heavier more constantly. befor I couldn't rep anything more than 315 due to grip issues now with the straps I can rep as much weight as i want with-in my strength level. I Just have to train wrist and grip more though.

I bought these wraps because my old ones were tearing and needed a new pair and came accross this combo pack. The wraps came in a secure package and were crisp and tight. No threading or stitching was messed up on the wraps at all. I have had these wraps for two months now and they have held up very well and I use them for all my pressing exercises (bench press, incline, dumbbell pressing, etc.) and they have not slipped from the velcro or ripped.

As for the lifting straps, I have not used straps until these came in and they honestly change your life. These will help prevent bar slippage and prevent the actual bar from scuffing your hands.

Overall, I am very impressed and satisfied with these. For a beginners wraps and straps for the price you cannot beat these.

SO happy with my purchase. I'm a female powerlifter, and my focus the last few months has been to get major strength increases for my squat. I use the Iron Bull Knee Sleeves (which are also awesome) but as the weight kept increasing I was noticing a significant strain on my wrists and decided it was time to add reinforcement there too to prevent any serious damage from occurring. I've used them over the last couple of weeks and noticed a huge difference. The extra support from the Wrist Wraps prevents too much strain on the tendons in my wrists even at very heavy weights. The quality is nice, they appear to be very durable, the fit is good, and they're comfortable. I highly recommend. And of course you could use these for plenty of other applications too, and I plan to in the future.
Note that I have not yet used the Lifting Straps but that they are very nice quality and I have confidence that if I do need to use them they will get the job done.
