So easy to assemble in moments!! Hung it on the door frame between kitchen to garage, so I try to use it every time I see it. So simple to use, yet so powerful when I try to lift my 180lb body weight. Yes, you can buy a large set of work out machines like in the gym, but be practical, most people like me won't/can't do it. If you can consistently go to the gym, then nothing compares. But a tiny workout equipment like this, so cheap, so easy to use, and which can take care of most of your upper body, is way too good. Very difficult initially, I could hardly even hold my body weight, let alone doing one pull-up. but as I started using it, I'm improving over the weeks. It can help you do wonders to your body, provided you use it consistently. I'm lazy so far but enjoy my children using it all the time they visit me, and I get motivated. I'll write another review on my workout results after I get ready to train Arnold Schwarzenegger :-)
NOTE: If you have a back injury, you MUST consult your doctor before you even think about buying any workout equipment but read on. I have a severe injury (disk herniation). After several weeks of treatment, my doctors encouraged me to gradually perform exercise on my upper back and neck muscles. This equipment is doing just that.
