And if I ever find I'm out of toilet paper, I can always have a pair of extra rolls on the pull up bar.
The photo demonstrates how the unit hangs, and I'm about 0.25" shy of fitting. Sigh.
Also, this product probably won't work on anything other than flat molding: the top bar is only 0.75" and probably doesn't provide enough offset for decorative moldings, which would probably get crushed.
These size limitations aren't on Amazon's web site or in the manual, which I read before unpacked the product; this is clearly a vendor miss. Other products from this vendor note a molding size restriction of 3.5".
Update: vendor contacted me and offered a completely satisfactory solution, so I'm boosting my rating. Customer service matters!

The item was poorly packaged (just in a large jiffy bag), and the main box was also damaged. It did arrive before estimated date. The item smells and feels new (just a 'knock-off' version). However the damaged instructions suggest the product maybe second hand. Some reviews have reported having difficulty fitting the Door Gym together. I didn't have this problem, all screws were present and fit the frame (just).
The item fits inside my door frame and hold my weight. The pads are comfortable (one is a bit loose) and i feel safe using the product. The main bar may prove to be weak as it is in two sections with nothing (not even a clips inside the bars) holding them together so your weight is resting on the plastic bar at the top. However, this is nothing a bit of duck tape can't strengthen. , Box and Instructions damaged but efficient seller.
Yes, the seller lied, deceived and has used 'fake' pictures of the item hey are selling, something you expect from eBay NOT Amazon. The material is cheaper than the Iron Gym but as you are only a few feet from the ground I can't see any health risks. Also, it costs just over £10, what do you expect?! If you want amazing quality good then your going to have to pay top prices. There is a reason Gym's charge high monthly rates, and it is because their equipment is expensive! I'm afraid there is not such thing as a bargain anymore only expensive imitation and copy cat products.
It suited my needs as it will not be over used but if you are a heavy male/female or intend to use this product intensely I suggest you purchase the real thing.

I have been using it for almost 2 years. It's actually pretty sturdier than it initially looked and felt. I am happy with this product. I am almost 190lb. I use it 3~4 times a week. It's remaining in one piece with no defect so far. Don't worry about everything not being aligned straight at the beginning. Tighten everything up and put it in place on top of a door frame. Put your weight on it by hanging on it a few times and tighten everything once again as it's left on the door frame hanging. It should be good to go after that. Maybe, tighten up once again a week later if that makes you feel safer. I am upgrading the stars from 3 to 5.
Also given me a ****** of a long-term elbow injury - I haven't used the bar for about 3 months to rest it but it's still no better, but I can't really blame the product, I think I was doing too much too soon with it.
But you CAN really challenge yourself with this bar, push your back, shoulders, deltoids and biceps to their hot edges. Easy stuff works too, like hanging on longer and longer, or just giving your spine and neck a good stretch.
As for the product. It says doory gym on it not iron gym. But I don't really care and I don't know if there's any difference anyway. I put it together quickly (one of the screws wouldn't fit in one place but fit in another even though the screws are all the same length?) and tested it out on my door. It seems to hold together well. I didn't feel the bar bend or any wobble. However I am only 71-72 Kg.
All in all I'll give it 4 stars because it got lost the first time. I don't know how it'll hold up over time either as I just bought this, but its seems good value for money.
It seems to hold my weight ok, but it all depends on your upper door frame's strength, where it rests.
My only criticism is that the padded handles are compressing and getting flattened already, so could maybe have been made with slightly more dense resistant foam, but still provides a reasonable comfortable grip.
I have mine on my kitchen door. Any time I want to nip out for a snack I have to do 10 pull-ups!
This is a cheap knock off, do not buy because you'll be wasting your money and there is no point sending it back for a refund because it will cost more to ship that what the product is worth. At least it will make a nice Christmas present for the scrap metal bloke.
