Yes. I use it on my Mac. It just plugs in with USB and then you upload everything to the garmin connect website. So you do need Internet connectivity to view your stuff on the computer.

I am not sure, You just use the garmin stick up load your data and thenit ask if you want to go to the web site, It is really easy,

Yes, I have 2 iMacs and it works and looks better on macs. Still looks and functions good on PCs. It comes with an ANT USB plug that sits in the USB port. As soon as your watch is around it automatically updates and loads on Garmin connect. Very happy with it so far. I swim run bike and it is incredible.

Yes, it works quite well on the Mac. You need to install the Garmen ANT Agent program. Works wonderfully.
