So I pre ordered Saints Row here on Amazon, and this morning I get a email telling me they charged me (And they did indeed) and my download and/or key is available and to go to my library.. only its not. There is no download option of key.
Originally Amazon was going to release the keys around 11 AM PST, now somewhere along the way the time was changed to 2 PM PST. It seems to me that the more likely situation is that Amazon accidentally sent the emails earlier than planned. See how far a little bit of critical thinking can get you?
Well it's Saturday, and when I run the preload installer, it says "Saints Row: The Third cannot be installed yet, because it is not yet released. Guess I'll have to redownload again off Steam. So much for Amazon's preload installer.
Rudeboy, xander is correct, whether or not you think it is a trifling matter, he is in the right here. Amazon should have seen the error, and sent out an apology letter. I'm sure they're safe from any sort of legal action, there's always some fine-print somewhere(that you agree to when making a purchase), but even though they're safe an apology would probably make xander satisfied with his purchase and likely to patronize amazon again.
