+ Comfy soles
+ Extremely sturdy bottom
+ Fluffy, fuzzy outside
+ Rich blue color
- The outer rim of the slipper is rough and scrapes my heel
- My size 13 foot is WAY too small for this size 13-14 slipper
In essence, these slippers are a fantastic example of "getting what you pay for." These were one of the cheapest options for slippers on amazon.com (without resorting to buying used slippers or something equally as horrible), and you're going to be getting a relatively good, solid pair of slippers, nothing more.
The inside sole is really cushy, though the "memory foam" promises are pretty silly. It's regular foam, and it won't "remember" and conform to your shape unless you weigh about 40 pounds or are 3'4". Still, very soft and plush. Recommended.
The bottom sole, too, is really sturdy and high quality, and looks like it'll last a good long time. Very thick and heavy and reassuring.
The problems begin when your foot begins to settle into the slipper. It's clearly a size too big for my foot, despite the slipper saying it's a "13-14", yet my foot has been a solid 13-14 for about 20 years. That's excusable, though, if your foot varies or if you buy a size smaller or what have you. Still, caveat emptor.
The real nagging issue is the back heel fabric. It's a bit rough, scraping against my heel if I take a turn too sharply or walk at a faster than average clip. Not real fun when you're supposed to be relaxing in a pair of comfy slippers. My only hope is that it wears down over time and smooths out somehow. One can dream.
All in all, not terrible. Cheaply made and cheap to purchase. Up to you whether or not it's worth it, one way or another.
