This is a lovely "complete set" although it is rather heavy to lug around. The paint tubes are small, barely enough for one canvass per medium, but otherwise a great "starter". The wood paint board is hard to clean. But, the design is great and flexible, with top line brass fittings. Mine arrived with a small crack in an end spacer piece, but was easily repaired with a bit of glue.
Should enjoy for many years, built to last.

I bought this Easel recently and I love it! It went way beyond my expectations! Comparing it to other Easels, this one just wins everything. It is greatly designed and nicely put together. Comes with a whole variety of paints which is a big plus. This Easel is very portable and good for travel. I camp frequently in the Summer and I know I will be bringing this around. Can also be used as a tabletop Easel when you feel like working indoors. When not in use this Easel is excellent for display ... and I have to emphasize this, VERY EXCELLENT for Display.

I used this Easel for a few days now and I haven't had any problems with it -- although I'm a bit worried scratching surface. If you are looking up for an inexpensive Easel I highly recommend this one. There are other inexpensive offers on Amazon but shelling out a few more dollars for this one is well worth it. It's affordable and it comes with a variety of paints, also comes with brushes but I suggest getting some quality ones at your local art store.
