About the authors
Jon T. Ruark (1981-) was born on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and during his teenage years when he wasn't slinging crab bushels around, he was actively learning more about the evolving computer industry. A couple of engineering degrees later, he made his way near Washington D.C. to start his career. Always the troublemaker, Jon kept challenging the status quo and ensured that satisfactory was never good enough.
He applies that same zeal in all aspects of his life, maximizing the most out of each and every day.
Robert H. Johnson (1981-) was born in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. Philosophy is at the core of what Robert has always been after. Having grown up in Italy and being exposed to the culture and much of the renaissance art and literature, Freemasonry became a natural place for him to gravitate toward. He has studied the occult for twenty years. He is an avid musician and writer. He’s written for several print magazines and blogs on subjects ranging from Firearms and Medical Ethics to Theology and Comparative Religions. He's recently begun writing young adult science fiction as well. Robert majored in philosophy and minored in mathematics. He also holds an honorary Doctorate Degree in Philosophy in Religion.
Other books on the horizon include one of various Masonic Essays and a concise guide on Occult Anatomy and Mythological Archetypes.

Brothers Johnson and Ruark took some of the best pracices they discovered from business and self help books from the non-Masonic world an adapted them to work in the Masonic world. AS we all know Masonry isn't a business but applying sound pracices to lodge reccruitment, day to day business and our fiaces will make us stronger and help to eable use in our job of "Making good men better" for decades to come. I highly reccomend all Masons should read this book, and read ir with an open mind.
