I've used these a lot during plate ups for upwards of 400 to 800 guests with multiple courses which meant sometimes using the spoons anywhere from 1200 to 3200 times over the course of 1 or 2 or 3 hours. They have never failed once to my recollection. Now I use my one spoon for personal, private, fine dining events. It still reigns supreme. Love it, and look forward to the next one!

Several people have commented about my wildly expensive spoon, only to ask me later, where did I get it. Once you use this, you will learn there are spoons and then there is THIS SPOON. Which you will soon be referring to as "my spoon". Where is MY SPOON? Do yourself a favor, not only get this spoon but get 2-3 for yourself. Get the wasserman coupon and buy several and you have the perfect host/hostess gift (what is that? seriously, it's time to depart from the obligatory bottle of wine), holiday gift or house warming present!
