Remote work allows white-collar workers to live much more flexible lives than before. Haltza teaches us that in addition to having more time for our families and hobbies, remote work gives us the choice to make more money by working for multiple employers. This book discusses how and when you can do that.

But the biggest lesson that I took is that when you are free to choose between employers, you can assess which ones treat you better or worse and work accordingly. Life is short, you don't want to be spending your time and mental energy with companies that make huge demands without a proportionate investment in you. Seeing the environment and culture of different companies lets you choose intelligently even if you work one job. It is a way for workers to use their power to improve their lives.
