J.G. Bolfing was born in Houston, Texas; February 4th, 1972. With heritage from Germany, Switzerland and also Native-American, Cherokee Indian. Named after a maternal great-grandfather, Rev. James Durrel Gleason, and a maternal great-uncle, Jonathan Graham Habermacher. The name "Graham" is a family name, as it was the surname of his great-great-grandmother, Ola Lena Graham; before marrying his great-great-grandfather, William J. Habermacher. The "Bolfing" surname has its origin coming from Schwyz, Switzerland; as Josef Franz Bolfing arrived in New York, New York on Dec. 3, 1864. The Native-American ancestry, from a maternal great-grandfather, Ruben M. Harmon.
Now at present, life is creating a lineage of his own; he is the father of two adult daughters and he is also a grandfather. As his oldest daughter has two very young daughters of her own.
Employed at a family business, created by maternal great-grandfather Charles A. Bowman, in 1911. Making this first-time book author, a seasoned-veteran; as a 4th generation, welder/fabricator.
