Works great on my C02 regulator

This is fine hose. It fit all my fittings and it’s not as stiff as some have said. Yes it’s a little stiffer than cheap airline tubing, but it’s nothing to worry about. It’s specifically designed for c02. Don’t let the other reviewers scare you away, like they almost did me.

Has more flex than I had hoped

For CO2 distribution in aquariums using diffuser units, you absolutely need CO2-rated air tubing to handle the higher pressure requirements. The standard aquarium airline tubing will only work if you are bubbling into the intake of your filter or taking another low pressure approach to CO2 injection.
The reason that I cannot give this 5 stars is simple. When the CO2 is switched on, it takes around ten minutes before the diffusers start to bubble. There is no leak in the system. When turning off the CO2, it continues to bubble for around ten minutes or so because the hose has some flex.
It would be nice if the CO2 started and stopped immediately, but one can compensate by adjusting the timers.
One note. Be sure to put the tubing in near boiling temperate water for at least twenty seconds to soften before attempting to connect to any fittings. Also be sure to add a check valve to your system.

Perfect for a planted take CO2 System

I used this tubing to replace some cheap airline tubing that I was using previously. The old tubing wasn't CO2 proof and it was apparent. This tubing is 100% CO2 proof based on current performance. It's much stiffer than airline tubing which makes installing it a bit more tricky, but not too bad. When I turned my regulator on I set my bubble counter to 1 bps (bubble per second) and holy cow! The CO2 output into my tank looked to be probably three times as much gas as I had seen coming out of my diffuser when I used my old tubing. On Airline hose, I lost 100 PSI in three days and my PSI almost didn't move after running this CO2 tubing for 3 days at 1 bps showing that this is much more efficient. (Yes, I know BPS isn't exactly an accurate measure of flow but its the best I've got)

Not good for Co2

Installed this in my tank late august, by October it had 1,000s of pin holes in it. I was wondering by my tank was having issues, not all the gas was making it through the line, I thought it was the diffuser or my co2 checker was off, bubble counter was reading fine, tank was running on the low side. Wasted gas and money, though what bothers me more, I wasted my time with this tubing. It is stupid hard to remove my diffuser or one way valves even with boiling hot water. Wouldn’t use this for these reasons.

Good tubing for CO2 planted aquarium

Pros:
Extremely durable, does not leak, does not tear or develop pinholes like softer tubing, can be made more flexible with heat, fitting will not leak or come apart once installed.

Cons:
Not very flexible, need to use a drop of oil on fittings to get this tubing onto the fittings, must be extremely careful if installing onto glass fittings as the pressure to push tubing over fitting can be enough to break the glass.
