About JD Horner
JD Horner was born and bred in Glasgow. A University of the West of Scotland graduate in Sociology, she went on to attend Glasgow University to achieve her PGCE and moved to Greater Manchester where she taught for 17 years. She recently left her Assistant Head position to concentrate on looking after her foster family as well as becoming a support worker for other foster carers.
It was then she started writing - and she's been hooked ever since.
