This is a very nice case for your 2013 Nexus 7. Case fits very snug, and have a nice feel to it. I like the magnetic close feature that turns the screen off.
I also enjoyed the feature where the back folds onto itself in a triangle of sorts to provide a "kick stand" like feature to prop up the tablet so you can use it hands free to watch movies and whatnot. Very handy indeed. This part also has a magnet so it stays secure. Everything about this case is great.
I only wished my tablet didn't stop working a day after I bought it so I could keep using this case!
I highly recommend this case. It's simple, inexpensive, and does the job.

A neat case, but not for everyday, all-day use (quality issues)
The case feels premium made all around, the choice of materials and finishing is indeed top notch for such a small price, but i came around with two issues that might bother you or not (i'm a very picky person, so take the following with a grain of salt if you may)The fit of the case with the device itself is quite loose, i can take the Nexus 7 out of it so *easily* that i fear for the device itself if i ever hold the whole assembly with the screen facing down; personally, i do not believe this is a manufacturing issue, but i would surely appreciate if the fit was made a little bit tighter for more peace of mind.The other issue i found is the front flip cover, for it sits a bit outside of the right edge of the case itself (when the tablet is inside the case), something that makes it a bit uncomfortable to carry around in your hands for a while, since the flip cover feels a bit sharp on the edges, additionally, when you flip the cover to place the tablet on landscape mode, the only good way to do it is to place it on a more "upright" landscape, because if you use a more "flat" position, the cover won't help much with the resting angle itself, and it might even disassemble on it's own (see the pictures for clarification
