The saw is a well constructed adjustable jewelers saw. It's not a cheap coping saw with tiny blades, this is a proper tool. The saw alone is worth the $17 I paid. It arrived in a separate bag, coated in shipping oil.
The Vice, on the other hand, is probably the worst microtool I've ever bought. The worst thing from Harbor Freight would run circles around this thing. It lacks basic appointments like end caps for the handles, and the jaws don't open without manipulation.
As I said the saw is worth the price alone, but the vice is so bad that it'll still make you feel ripped off.
