The book is divided into seven mega-parts with the bulk dedicated to 1960 to 1963. The 7th Part is "An Idea Lives On" with an introduction by Douglas Brinkley. The end page quotes Jack: "A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but an idea lives on" (by John Kennedy, Feb. 8, 1963).
