CUSTOMER SERVICE
As much as I want to start in on how much I like this product, I feel it's important to first mention the seller. I could write a short novel, but for simplicity sake, I will say this is one of the more exceptional web based vendors I have ever had the opportunity to buy from on any platform. Communication, professionalism, politeness, immediate message response time, speedy processing and shipping time, safe packaging, yes, yes, yes! 110% across the board.
PERFORMANCE
The personal cooler itself is excellent as well. Even on medium speed, it is shockingly quiet, considering the nature of the product. The highest speed is a bit louder, but I haven't needed to use it at that speed outside of trying it out. Levels 1-3 are plenty effective to keep me cool. That being said, the 5th fan speed is still not overly loud. The battery lasts is longer than my needs. It's a great product for sure.
COMFORT
I was nervous about getting any type of personal cooling system because of some old injuries from my past. I was not sure my neck or shoulders could support the weight. I was happy to discover that this is not just light, but the shape also has a clever designed rest. The rest prevents the device from inhibiting natural neck movements as well as allows for constant airflow.
AESTHETICS
Admittedly, I tend to feel a bit silly wearing anything practical. You would never catch me in a waist bag/fanny pack. But considering how picky I am about stuff like this, it's not half bad. I got it in white (I would have preferred black if that was an option). It's clean looking and not clashy with most clothing.
Overall, I would definitely do business here again and most likely will.
