Almost too well haha. It softens easily and really sticks in there once you have it on. It's nice because it really doesn't come out even if you're eating food but if you want to get it all out it is sort of tricky.
It's not tacky or sticky until you try to get it out. And not every time. I'm still trying to pinpoint why exactly it gets more malleable at certain times than others.
I have been using this in a gap caused by a filling recently cracking out. It protects against hot or cold sensitivity. I can feel cold a bit but it isn't painful. This is the first wax I've tried that doesn't come out easily when talking or like I mentioned even eating most of the time.
I don't know if I can see this working well as braces protection, however it has worked well to protect my tooth from decay and pain/sensitivity while I wait to get into a dentist to fix my filling.

These waxes are actually better than the ones I got from my dentist. The wax is easy to mold and apply and stays on for a long time. The cases are a little hard to open but nice and slim. These will last me a couple of months.

Got this for my son who recently got braces. He is still getting used to them and the brackets cut the inside of the cheek in some areas. Using the wax helps a ton! I like that these come in individual cases already pre-cut so all you do is take a piece and put it on. It comes with a good amount of wax. It also had a tiny brush to help pick food out from between the teeth. I would definitely get this again once he finishes these.
