For $20, you will not find a better IEM on the planet. The sound quality is very comparable to $200 reference IEM's such as the Sleek SA6. These IEM's are far more comfortable than the SA6 to boot. Don't get me wrong, there is a slight difference in sound quality but for the price, these "cheap" IEM's have better value. They stay in, and you don't want to take them out either. They sound and feel great... not only to your ears, but to your wallet to.
Overall, an extremely comfortable pair of headphones with construction and sound quality that defies the price.
Results: Fourth place, Apple buds. These sounded somewhat muffled vs. the clarity of the others, and they are really uncomfortable and fall out easily when positioned for best sound. Third place, JLab Audio JBuds J2. Very comfortable fit, with good sound isolation and solid bass, but still sounded somewhat muffled vs. the other two new sets. Close second place, JVC Xtreme Xplosives. Again great fit with good sound isolation. As advertised, these offer very pronounced bass, exaggerated even.Read more ›
The reason is how comfortable they are. The air cushion construction really does work, and keeps them planted firmly in the ear. The number one problem with headphones I've experienced in the past was them frequently falling out of my ears, requiring constant adjustment. That is not the case with these. I've sat at my computer with them, I've walked with them, I took a crowded commute on public transportation with them, and all without needing to pay them any mind. Once they are in your ears, they are incredibly stable, so you can enjoy your music no matter what you're doing. The product comes with various sized rubber ear pieces: small, medium, and large. And even a separate pair of memory foam ones. To be honest, I haven't tried these yet despite being curious, simply because I've had no need. The medium sized ear pieces that the headphones have attached by default suit me perfectly, which goes to show how well these headphones fit.
In terms of sound quality, I think these have more bass to them than my previous headphones did. I haven't noticed any defects or issues to complain about, but as I said, I'm no audiophile. If you are, then these may or may not be best for you. But if you're looking for solid quality audio, at a reasonable price, with excellent comfort, then these fit the bill perfectly.
What is just as important to me is the comfort. Wow! These fit so nicely in my ear, nothing else I've tried even comes close. No awkward corners or edges. Beautiful fit, they stay in, and I can wear them for hours with no discomfort at all. For the price, a clear winner. Grab some.

These sound decent at low levels. If you turn up the volume 5kHz gets really nasty really fast. I consider myself extremely picky. Read more
