I replaced my failed Logitech headset with this one. Everyone has said that my sound quality is crystal clear. The button puck is pretty slick also in teams. The mute button and phone button integrate perfectly with teams meetings. I can leave a teams meeting just by clicking the phone button which takes away the need to go back to the teams window. No driver installation needed, works with standard Windows USB drivers.

I am on my second headset and this one did not make it a year before breaking the same way my first headset did. Both were the stereo headsets (two speakers). Sound and mic are great. No problems there. But since the speakers swivel, they are connected via a small, cheap, piece of plastic. Both times, the left speaker broke away from the headset band. The speaker wire is still attached, and the speaker still works, but it will not stay against your ear unless you hold it there. I've tried glue and tape but nothing works. I wind up cutting the wire and using the remainder as a mono headset. I will not be purchasing a 3rd replacement. I am going to look for something that will hold up to standard daily use.

I brought this for the WFH support. It was a replacement of my plantronics headset.

1. Comfortable for long meetings
2. No heating issue
3. Cushion is sufficient and its providing good feeling to the ears while wearing. Not harsh.
4. Long enough wire and seems to be tangle free
5. USB connector not 3.5mm jack. I bought this on purpose because I am using 2 PCs and I have a switching device to switch common accessories like printer, headset, keyboard and mouse to those machine. That device is only supporting USB connection.
6. Clear sound no distraction.

The down side is no noise cancellation available

The previous one through Amazon, though similar priced, did not come with its zipped bag , but just a transparent plastic cover. This one had the proper cover with padding. The best part I like about this apart from its sturdy build, voice quality and noise cancellation is the head set being detachable from its voice control unit and connectable to mobile phone jack. Thumbs up for this innovation!!
