From the Back Cover

Mother Goose is doing the undead shuffle!

Every kiddie loves nursery rhymes—even the little ones in advanced state of decay who enjoy chowing down on human viscera. Now the twisted madmen who brought you It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Zombies and Every Zombie Eats Somebody Sometime are eviscerating the beloved poems that once filled our tiny oozing childish brains. This time “Little Miss Muffet Turned on a Tuffet” into something putrid and smelly, and it’s “Three Undead Mice” scampering across our kitchen table. So enjoy these delightful zombie-infused ditties—a feast of gruesome fun for anyone who has ever known, ever been, or ever eaten a child!

I bought this book a few weeks ago and it arrived very quickly after purchase. It is smaller in size than I originally thought, but that doesn't really matter. It's a cute/funny item to have on our bookshelf. For the most part the illustrations are on the right side of the book with corresponding altered nursery rhyme on the left side.

This same person wrote the It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Zombies Christmas Carols which had incredibly clever parodies. Definite 5 star book. So I thought I would give this one a try. It wasn't as good as the Carols. There were a few nursery rhymes that were pretty funny, but most seemed forced.

I purchased this book as a Christmas gift for my friend to read to her daughter & she adores it!

I think it's really cute, especially for people who are into horror. This provides a cute way for horror lovers to introduce their children into the genre with twisted little nursery rhymes. The illustrations are adorable & the writing is nice.

A little disappointing. The illustrations were not in color and as good as they are, would have looked so much better if they had been. The cover looks pretty cool though. Good to add to my collection for the price.

First saw this book at the Library, got it and loved it and the art work! My son realized that the book was written and illustrated by the same people who did Every Zombie Eats Somebody Sometime and It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Zombies. I have 2 of these and want the last one also. It's on my wishlist!

This is a cutesy novelty item but I'm not so impressed with the inventiveness of the nursery rhymes, I thought there would be more to them but I found them to be lacking in originality and word choice. It fits in well with my collection of zombie novels though.

Perhaps I just don't have the right sense of humor for this book, but I didn't find it all that funny. It described graphic gore in sometimes too vivid detail and ended up making me feel a bit disturbed. I think it would have improved things with more variety rather than solely focusing on zombies...but that's just me. I will admit that I'm impressed with the creativity in re-imagining so many nursery rhymes, and it's well crafted with drawn illustrations for all (or nearly all) poems.

Buy if you have a sturdy constitution and find brain-sucking endlessly hilarious, otherwise you can safely skip this one.

Some of the rhymes made me laugh and some of them just made me wtf?

I gave this a four because not all the nursery rhymes, rhyme. Some of them don't make any sense.
