I wanted a pair of sandals that I could wear in spring, summer, and occasionally in the fall. I wanted pair that was neutral but stylish, and I wanted something that would last me for at least two years. The Lauren sandal seemed like a perfect pick, but these shoes suck.
Don’t get me wrong they weren’t uncomfortable. By around day four, my shoes had exited the “break in” stage and were happily moving towards comfort. Sadly, the same time the shoes started to fit, they broke.
Simple as that: they broke in four days. Therefore, they are a horrible excuse for a pair of one hundred and twenty seven dollar sandals. Luckily, I will be returning these shoes for a refund, as the shoes MUST be defective.
I will be using my money on some shoes that are actually worth more than a hundred dollars. I thought maybe some Birkenstocks, or I could buy another pair of Chacos, which are actually well made sandals.
Stray far away from the Lauren by Jack Rogers sandals, and get some shoes that don’t suck.
I still love the style and I loved wearing them and I'd love to support the Jack Rogers brand, I just have to be honest with what happened to mine.
Unfortunately about a month after I purchased these brown "Laurens" I noticed that a large crack had formed where the heel connects to the sandal. I took them to a shoe repair shop and they told me they would have to completely re-sole the shoe. They wanted to re-sole both shoes completely because they were so poorly made.
Extremely disappointed with the quality of these sandals -- especially for the price.

Order a pair of Size 9s. Received a left foot 9 and right foot 7. So there's that. The 9 was a little small/narrow for my foot too, I would size up to a 9.5 for a more comfy fit. Read morePublished 4 days ago by Lauren B Geesey
I liked the color and design, but when I wear it, it slips down and my feet seem to fall out of the shoe. Read morePublished 9 days ago by Amazon Customer
Bought for wife. She loves them. Too expensive for my tastes...but happy wife = happy life.Published 10 days ago by Adam Pace
I have other Jack Rogers shoes, but these don't feel the same. The sole is really thin and feels like it will break, and my foot slides around in the shoe. Read morePublished 13 days ago by Amazon Customer
The size was alittle small but I think they will stretch and fit. They were exactly what I was expecting and I love themPublished 1 month ago by Amazon Customer
