Stopped charging/replacement issued

Stopped working after about six months, the battery appears to hold a charge but stops providing power to the ports after a few minutes. Contacted support for a replacement under warranty. Jackery advised me to try different cables w/same results. Jackery support then asked me to upload a video of the issue (!), then noted "it's been a while" since I made the purchase (six months!), no results. Finally tech support advised me to charge the unit with a Quick Charge port and offered a $6 refund. I politely declined as an unreliable portable charger is useless. No response as of this writing.

7/20/2017 UPDATE: Jackery has shipped a replacement unit. Modified rating pending evaluation. Thanks!

I had high hopes for this charger. It checked all the boxes I needed it to. And it worked well at first.l, but I have several issues with it. First, it seems like it dies fairly quickly. I have a Moto X Pure, so not a huge battery, and it seems like the low battery light is blinking after charging my phone maybe 1.5 times....which, while not the capacity advertised, wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, if this thing didn't take so darn long to re-charge. It may use Quick Charge to charge your devices, but don't expect that same speed when charging the power bank itself. It's seriously slow. The combination of these 2 issues really hit me hard recently when my power went out for several days during the recent winter storms. I had hoped to buy a power bank that I could rely on during times like this, but instead I found myself sitting in my car in a snowstorm for a veeeerrry long time, waiting for this thing to get some juice back via my car charger. It was awful.

The last issue I've had is probably the most significant. It didn't happen at first, but recently when I plug it into my phone and press the power button, it starts to charge my device....then it stops. I press the power button again. Starts charging....then stops. So it's pretty much useless now.

Mine arrived in the most crushed packaging I have ever received, including shipments from China. Amazon had no bubble wrap or air bags in box to protect the small box from manufacturer. Even the small box inside had a crushed corner, but to my relief, no product damage.
Unit arrived @2/3 charged. I tested the quick charge port which is why I bought it as I have several other power banks.
It may have charged my phone somewhat fast, but not as fast as my fast charge wall adapter.
Recharging the power bank took about 6 hours.
Small size, sturdy, two ports out, one supporting "quick" ( not fast) charge. Wish it had type C instead of MicroUsb to recharge power bank.

Regular charge = @ 1-1.5 Amp supported
Quick charge = @2 Amp supported
Fast charge =@4 Amp not supported

Love Jackery but this one that I received is defective. I hope it's just this particular one and not this model that is a problem. I have had 3 other Jackery chargers and all work/worked great. I lost my last one and decided to buy this one. A week after using and the charger works for 5 minutes and then powers off. I have to keep powering on every 5 minutes or so to get my phone to charge :-(

UPDATE: Charger miraculously started working normally. Jackery customer service is wonderful. They stand behind their product and uphold a 24 month warranty. They were willing to do a hassle free exchange and for that I upped my rating to 5 stars for excellent customer service and a great product when working.

Had this for about 2 months and I've used it 3x for three trips. 1st time it charged my phone almost 3x which always great. 2nd time, was about a month after I bought it, it only charged my phone twice before running out. I didn't think much of it figuring that I forgot to fully charged it. Third time was almost 2 months from date of purchase, I only got half a charge before it ran out. I tested it again and it would only charge my phone halfway now.

UPDATE August 2018: Contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement. New battery is working well for the last week. Hopefully it lasts a while. A+ customer service. Raising this up to 4 stars.

Edit: Jackery promptly corrected the issue with the listing and sent me the correct charger.
I already own 3 of these in my home for my kids, wife and I. They work as advertised and are very useful on long trips, helping us to not have to find outlets to charge phones and tablets. One hidden benefit is it reduces risk of theft as your devices is always comfortably with you, instead of stuck in the wall some distance away.

Appear to be made better than others. discharge acceptable...2 1/2 days running a very small 8" ubs fan on low. No glitches or problems encountered...3 out of 3 work better than expected.
