Good color saturation, but doesn't cover much surface area

I would have given it 5 stars, but the jar is so small and 2.5 oz doesn't cover much surface area. It would be nice if they sold a larger jar. It will cover 3 square feet, if that!!! I bought two jars to paint a roman blind that is 34" W x 36" L (8.5 ft) . The blind was a medium tan color and I wanted to change it to gray . I used the neutral gray paint. I had to thin it out in an effort to cover the entire blind. 2 jars still did not cover the entire area. You can see that I didn't have enough paint for the bottom panel Because I thinned it out, it was more opaque and I didn't get full color coverage - the tan showed through. I am ordering 4 more jars so that I can get full coverage of the blind area and so I can get full color coverage. I don't need 4 jars (probably only need two more - now that I have a base of color) but buying extra just to be safe. I will be happy with the color of the blind after a second coat. I like the paint. It has very good color saturation (if you don't thin it out). My only complaint is that the jars are so small and don't cover much surface area. Clean up is easy since it is water based which is nice.

Before, during and after photos. Turned out stunning! Higher quality that expected. The after looks just like velvet! I wet the shade with water then applied paint as I went. I wet my brush once every other time I applied the paint to dilute it, and get it to a consistent color. Highly recommend this paint for fabrics!

I had Sharpie marks on a blazer and I got this in an attempt to save the garment. I actually liked how it can be dotted on and not be super sheer. It worked perfectly. It looks like spreading it or mixing it with water or a clear product would elevate the sheer factor. I was really pleased with how easy of a fix this was.

Worked great for a Halloween project. Not going to wash it until after Halloween. The paint dry stiff. I heat set it. The sweatshirt is 1/2 polyester and 1/2 cotton so I couldn’t use a very hot setting.

Purchased 2 bottles of this for a rug I had ordered online that was not as dark blue as I'd hoped. Instead of having to fork out to return it, I decided to try patch dying it myself. The paint was a good consistency (pretty much a paint consistency) and I had used a syringe to apply it. It is a true navy colour. The 2 pots were needed for this job but well worth it in my opinion. Very pleased with the end result.

Excited to use these paints so neglected to properly read the earlier reviews. As you can see, it goes on thick and has a lovely strong colour. When dry though it rubbed away between my fingers. I washed it to see if it stayed...it bled and then I was left with the washed out sheer look of second picture. Glad I did a test run. Not suitable for my project on tights (a particular colour pattern for my niece) as colour cannot be fixed by ironing as this is what ‘fixes’ the colour apparently and makes it washable. However, even I could iron the item, I think now I wouldn’t be confident to use it on anything other than something that wouldn’t be touched or in daily use. Hope this helps.
