Loose - Cheaply made - KNOCKOFFS - NOT REAL JACUZZI

Very loose fit. I expected them to fit as well as what came on the tub from the factory. Very disappointing to have a cheap headrest in an expensive tub. Maybe Jacuzzi is no longer the premium brand.

UPDATE: Worse than originally reported. After a little over a year in the tub, they are falling apart and disintegrating. Grey flaky material sheds off the backing portion and floats around in the tub. The inserts have had all the writing slowly fall off into the water as well as becoming unattached to the 'pillow'
I will not buy these again unless they are sold directly from Jacuzzi.... I believe I have been sold cheap Chinese knockoffs by another unscrupulous Amazon seller

Couldn't decide between this $29 pillow and the one for $36. I bought one of the more expensive ones about 6 months ago. Happy with that purchase. Then I needed the other 3. I chose the $29 pillow....mostly because I wanted to compare the 2 for the next time I need them. Look carefully at the pictures...they are not exactly the same. The $36 pillow is the one that came with the spa. It is flat against the tub. The other one is not flat, it has about a half inch on top, and about 2 inches on the bottom. It is an improvement! My neck has more support! They look great; they are Jacuzzi parts (the bag says Jacuzzi)...and I am happy with my decision to save the $7 each. My only regret...not having all 4 the same. Next time...in about 6 years!

Quick and easy replacement of old cushions.

We bought a house with a jacuzzi and found that cushions were pretty much rotting away and the handle to the bubbles was broken. We came here and found perfect replacements, they were solid and quick and easy to replace. Cost was OK, around $36 each and if you have to replace 3 that adds up. I still think you pay a lot for the name brand vs what the product actually offers.

You look at the old pillow with pieces following off and can not wait to replace it. Simply snap old pillow off the two nylon posts very carefully. Then clean the area and place the two holes on the new pillow over the nylon posts. Job complete. Now the pillows look like they did when you first bought the hot tub.

These are not quite what I was expecting. My old models were reversible and were 1 solid piece for the insert. These are not reversible and the logo is an insert within the gray insert so it feels cheap. They will certainly do for now but I was expecting better for this price.

Needed to replace all 4 of my Jacuzzi Hot Tub Pillows as the previous set had virtually disintegrated over time. New pillows are top quality. However, the price is extortionate for what they are. These will last a lifetime as they will only be fitted when family and friends use the hot tub.
