Blog postUPDATE: this situation has been remedied!
I've got good news and I've got bad news. The good news is CLAIMED comes out on October 13th; the bad news is it's a coin toss as to whether or not it'll be available at Amazon. Amazon is having technical issues that are affecting quite a large backlog of new books. This is happening not just to me and CLAIMED, but to many authors and their titles. In a nutshell, many authors are finding their new titles stuck in "Pre-Order Publishing"5 months ago Read more -

Blog postApparently my numbering system for the Trek serial is aggravating to y'all so I'm republishing it with straight forward numbering (1, 2, 3, etc.) As an example, Dementia used to be book 5.5 and is now book 7; Devilish Dot used to be book 6.5 and is now book 9.
For those of you who bought the serial on Kindle, switching out the covers to reflect the appropriate numbering is pretty simple. You just go to your Kindle book library, see which ones have updates, and click that you want the updat12 months ago Read more -

Blog postWhile I write most Trek Mi Q'an installments in such a way that they can stand alone, No Way Out: Dari is a definite exception. Not only do I encourage new readers to read its 11 predecessors, but I also encourage longtime readers to re-read the books leading up to this one. The plot is very intricate, which will guarantee several "aha!" moments if you're well versed in Trek, but which may seem like ordinary moments if you're not. Additionally, several old characters come back into pla1 year ago Read more

It took me three YEARS to write this installment! Not only because of my disabilities, though they were definitely contributing factors, but also because of the sheer intricacies of the plot this story demanded. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it :-) Tina/Jaid xx

Blog postI've fallen a couple months behind schedule on L&S's publication date because, try as I might, I'm having one helluva time transcribing it from my Kindle Fire into a Word document. I tried speech-to-text, but apparently my English isn't precise enough (lawd!) I tried transcribing it by hand, but my eyes can't take it for more than brief spurts. All that said, I do have a plan!

Blog postIs anybody else as freaked out as I am by all the blasphemy coming out of that psycho's mouth lately? Granted, he always is saying something that guarantees a migraine, but this "I am the chosen one" utterance—while looking up at the sky no less!—has me creeped out. Coupled with his retweeting of a post from an alt-right conspiracy theorist who referred to him as "King of the Jews" and "The Second Coming of God"...

Blog postSherrilyn KenyonI just heard about Sherri Kenyon's contempt of court charge...
Uggh.
We seriously need a new justice system that actually offers—call me crazy here, but—JUSTICE?! I've known Sherri for years and years; the judge should be (but won't be) ashamed of himself.
Apparently Sherri got "too emotional" in court so the judge threw her in jail for 10 days. I know firsthand how it feels to be demonized and lied about by the opposing side in a lawsuit—and how2 years ago Read more -

Blog postI haven't celebrated Independence Day since 2016. I know I'm not alone in that regard because this is the second 4th of July in a row marked by a noticeably dismal quiet. Jaid Black
$6.99
Anthropologist Maya Jones has been contracted by a Scottish university to help unearth and catalog ancient relics within a recently discovered secret lair in what was once the Castle MacGregor. From the beginning of her assignment, Maya has been inexplicably drawn to any references she could find concerning the clan's brutal and mysterious 14th century laird Thomas MacGregor.
Equally intriguing to her are paintings and stories referencing the MacGregor's wife, known to antiquity only as Lady M. The paintings were severely charred in a castle fire run amok a couple of centuries past, but Maya can make out enough of the damaged portraits to surmise that, oddly enough, she and Lady M possess the same hair and eye color. When a ferocious hurricane ravages Maya's hometown, she'll find out that she and the lady's similar physical features are more than just mere coincidence.
