I bought these because I though being a chef, Jamie would put out quality products for the job at hand. WRONG! First time using these cutters, I was trying to figure out where the grey flakes we coming from that were all through my fondant. Well you guessed it. The coating on the cutter was coming off and ruined my batch of fondant. This was my first time working with fondant and I was so excited about it. Had to throw out most of my fondant and I am very wary about using the rest of the cutters now.
