About Janine Joi

Janine Joi grew up all over the Western part of the USA. She is a two time Veteran, Army and Air Guard, both based in California. She worked 'for the man' for several years and was self employed for almost 3 decades, formulating and selling herbal skin care.

She enjoys rockhounding, gardening, lightning, thunder storms and travel. She has written several songs and uploads the acapella songs to YouTube Janine J. She doesn't claim to be a singer, she just writes songs. *smile*

This is her first book admitted to the public, although she has been journaling many years. She has a blog at DoorsToJoy.com that is also the name of the non profit she runs that deals with setting people free of fear and emotional wounds through hearing God, flower essences and writing.

Ms. Joi has an AA in business, is a licensed esthetician, an herbalist, essence practitioner and serial entrepreneur. You will find her happiest outside, feeling the plants, listening to the wind in the pine trees and playing with her dog, Pico.
