If I purchase ME3 on Amazon can I load it into Origin when i'm in Japan? I'm currently deployed here in Japan and the Origin store is region specific and I want an English U.S. Edition. I don't speak Japaneese...

If you haven't already, I would email EA and ask them this same question. In some situations, content deliverers such as Origin, Steam, and Netflix are only available in certain countries, regardless of citizenship, language, etc. If you read the terms of service for Origin and ME3 you should be able to find out. Because the game is released in other countries later on, you may run into problems. For instance, it isn't being released in Japan until the 15th of March, and Europe on the 9th, so that gives you an idea of what you're up against.

Again, contact EA to find out what's available to you.

Just use a US proxy server to download it.

In China, bought it on Amazon and loaded it in Origin successfully without any proxy. Don't know if it is the same case in Japan.

I just purchased it on amazon then loaded it on Origin with no problems. Thanks for the replies though.
