After doing tons of research and using estro block alone that stopped working I read I need to add to more supplements for it to work. I Started using this along with calcium d glucuranate and estro block for my severe pms and hormone imbalance.
I have severe estrogen dominance that has absolutely destroyed 10 years of my life. I never wanted to be put on synthetic drugs so i suffered.
My main symptoms were painful periods, heavy flow, severe cystic acne , horrible mood swings and unbearable pms . I literally thought I was dying for 10 years every-time I was going to get my period for at least 2 weeks leading up. I was miserable and my moods were taking me to a really dark place. I really only had a 1 week timeframe between each cycle where my hormones were not controlling me.
I can honestly say taking the 3 supplements together i listed has changed my life drastically. It did take about 3 months to see results but My periods now only last 5 days instead of 12, I only get cramps the first 2 days, My hormonal acne has almost diminished and the best part is my mood. I am literally like a different person, no more depression or anger. No more uncontrollable mood swings. Im happy all the time again and feel well . everyone tells me I have turned into a totally different person.
I did a test and stopped taking these for a month and slowly everything started coming back , I will tk these for as long as I have to in order to feel normal. Great A++++ product

Unethical to keep old reviews for new product. Broccomax now 17.5mg SGS per capsule, not 30mg.

Updated review 8/23/2021: New product has the same front label and no indication that the product has changed. Previously, Broccomax contained 30mg SGS per capsule. The “new” Broccomax contains only 35mg SGS per TWO capsules (17.5mg per capsule) at the same pricing as the old. So they basically just doubled the price, but really since many people who have taken the product for years won’t notice the change, they’re causing people to get less supplement than they think they’re taking. Jarrow should have changed the front label for the new product so that it was obvious to look for a change in the formulation or dose.The cost per unit of SGS (glucoraphanin) is still competitive with what’s on the market, and this formulation is better than many because it contains myrosinase, but I’m unhappy about the deception in the change, and I hate companies that label their supplements with with number of capsules on the front but the dose per multi-capsule “serving” on the back. I think consumer labeling law should require the front label to display number of servings, not number of capsules, if the serving size is more than one capsule.The Jarrow phone number on the website went unanswered for at least several weeks that I tried to get in touch with them by phone, while the old version of this product went out of stock at many retailers. I wonder if the company has new, less scrupulous owners. I always used to trust Jarrow supplements, but now I’m not sure I should. This was a dirty trick.Previous review:Very strange smell, like mothballs. Worried about contamination.These pills smell exactly like bathroom deodorizer or freshener - urinal cakes or mothballs, to be more specific. A sweet, chemical smell, not vegetal or like broccoli. Seeing as napthalene, which is what urinal cakes and mothballs are made of, is toxic, I am very concerned about the safety of these pills. My bottle is LOT 66221A21 Best Used Before 01/23. Disappointingly, Jarrow did not return my call about my safety concern. [UPDATE Jarrow ultimately replaced my bottle with one directly from the factory, and it was fine. Maybe the bottle I got was stored next to something heavily fragranced at the warehouse.] [2nd Update: I think the replacement bottle I got was the new 35mg per two capsules. Ripoff.]
