First, I guess you need to know something about them, "The beautiful ones. The flawless four. Everyone wanted to be them. You know 'em". They went to your school, too. First there's Courtney "Satan-in-heels" Shayne (Rose McGowan) and her pawn, the dense but dangerous Marcie Fox (Julie Benz), a legend in her own little mind. Then there's angelic Julie Freedman (Rebecca Gayheart), doomed to be popular because of her pretty face, and lastly, the teen-dream herself, Elizabeth Purr. When an ordinary kidnapping prank leaves the future prom queen dead (accidentally gagged with a jaw-breaker), a deadly sweet prank leads to cover-up makeover in this edgy and unpredictable comedy. But there will be no mercy as prom night arrives, bringing this spirited tale to its cruel tiara-dropping conclusion.

Rose Mcgowan, Julie Benz.
Not much original ground but worth it for Rose Mcgowan fans.
It extends the evil high school temptress theme beyond Rose's surprising Devil in the Flesh. Devil in the Flesh
These two companion films are not of the gore variety Rose recently starred in. They would rate in the PG-13 area at most. The soundtrack for Jawbreaker is a good sampling of teenbeat featuring the Donnas.
Nor are they at all romantic. Neither film has any kind of healthy love interest for Rose; and the romance between the couple who team up to stop Rose is a very offhand device without chemistry.
For me, these are curiosities of interest based on Rose's role in Charmed. These are more fun than anything from the other Charmed witches except Kaley Cuoco's comedy hit Big Bang Theory.
