I went ahead and opened the box on this one. What a great purchase. The plastic is hard, but certainly movable. It is articulated in 8 places, wrists, shoulders, legs, waist, and head. He's back in his plastic on my wall now, but he was great having out to toy with. I felt like a kid again.
I did notice some overpainting on him, nothing major or out of place; I believe just his face (around the cutout of the helmet), and his scarf; It's unnoticeable from about 3 ft away though.
If you are planning on opening the box, be careful. He's in there pretty damn tight, and at one point I was concerned I was not going to be able to get him out without dismembering him.
