This gluten-free panko is terrific! It tastes great, and it makes great breading. I add a little vegetable oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to the panko, mix well, dip chicken or fish into the panko mix, and bake at 375F for 20-30 minutes depending on thickness. Works amazingly every time!

Great Gluten free Panko!

These are really good gluten free breadcrumbs, I made some excellent chicken parmigiana with them. I would highly recommend putting your breadcrumbs in a processor so they aren't too big. Be careful you don't turn it into flour! It will still work but I find it is better a bit courser. I put my flattened chicken in a wok with olive oil and cooked it for about 2-3 minutes per side until nice and golden brown. Then to finish I put it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. After that I broiled for a few extra minutes.

The only drawback I noticed was the breading fell off a little when I tried to cook the chicken on all sides for uniformity. Not sure how to prevent that from happening but overall still good.

I love these panko flakes! My wife has a grain allergy, so I've been trying to find alternatives; most look and taste like sawdust.

And then...

I found these. They have perfect consistency, and when you toast them up and mix them with herbs and spices they're actually better than most panko you're used to using. I did oven-fried thick cut pork chops with these, and they turned out perfect. I used them in meatballs, and they were awesome. I've never used them in a recipe where they didn't work well.

So: buy these!

I primarily use these breadcrumbs to make buffalo cauliflower wings. These are hands-down the best gluten-free breadcrumbs you can find to make cauliflower wings. They are super crunchy and bake really well. I’ve probably tried every brand of gluten-free breadcrumbs and this brand can’t be beat. I wish I could find them at stores still!

Great tasting gluten free alternative. My husband and son like these better then regular bread crumb. When used for frying, they come out very crispy. They do not retain crispiness when reheated...but most bread crumb do not. They are "plain" so you can season them to your liking or just use them the way they are. I have also ground them into a finer crumb to use in place of regular bread crumb and they work out just great as well. They are are gluten free bread crumb of choice
