Jeff White is the owner of Jeff White Fitness Solutions LLC and Yes We Did LLC. He started his professional career as a financial advisor, helping his clients achieve their financial goals, then transitioned into a career as a certified personal trainer, where he helped his clients reach their fitness goals.
He is the author of eleven books, with eight of them becoming Amazon Best Sellers. Jeff believes the key to good health and success is having a strong body and mind.
Jeff has been actively involved in the fitness lifestyle for over 25 years, competing in triathlons for the past 15. His passion for fitness and triathlon has helped him complete over 10 half-ironman races, which consist of a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run. He was a lifeguard throughout college and an avid weightlifter.
