About Jennifer Hooper
My name is Jennifer Hooper and I am committed to help others to Allow Yourself Grow, Feel Freer and Live Happier lives. I am a counsellor and Psychotherapist, Life Coach and Clinical Lead Supervisor, Registered and Accredited and trained in about 7 therapeutic modalities. I have been in the helping profession since 2007 and went to Goldsmiths, University of London, where I Graduated in MA Counselling PGDip in 2010. Since then I run my own private practice in Ruislip, Harley St District, Marylebone and Baker Street District, and other tranquil locations. Although I did spend a few years as an Honorary Counsellor in the NHS working with all genders and at a Hestia Housing Group for women.
I started writing when I was a child about unconscious matter and developed a flair for poetry to explain my world since then, though this form of processing at the time had no academic meaning or knowledge base understanding, it was an automatic thing I would do to reduce tension. At the time it felt like I would release something after doing this and manage the aphonea so to speak, so books have been inside of me for a very long time.
Looking back, I noticed that I would write when there was a significant event as my own form of self-help and therapy. I have been doing this behaviour, throughout my life and have incorporated this in my books in the Preface, you will notice.
I write about Personal Development, Mental Health, Alternative Medicine, and under a pen name for suspense novels. I still have a couple of old blogs online
https://creativecounsellingtherapy.blogspot.co.uk/, for example, https://creativecounsellingtherapy.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/i-am-writing.html, https://creativecounsellingtherapy.blogspot.co.uk/2011/08/its-all-memories.html and http://jenniferhooper-edvs.blogspot.co.uk/ , but I have moved into the Kindle and hard paperbacks manuscripts writing field to put my years of visual and audio learning style, reading, training and creativity of the self in book form.
Although many tutors have supported my learning style as visual and audio as a late developer, one tutor did say that I should give up writing altogether and forget everything that I spent my energy on, learning the theory of systemic ideas. What I decided to do was to find the psychotherapy author of our main reading book, someone who articulates the very same ideas and go and train with him and start a publishing company of my own, after my last meeting with the tutor. That is where my tenacity Goldsmiths says I have comes in.
I have struggled with writing since the age of 7 it was about then I started mainstream school so peers were ahead of me all the way through to college, but poetry seems to reside in me. I have a collection of some 200 or so muses to collate and publish. In my view, spirituality and creativity are keys to my voice or there is a void like nothing.
For readers looking for an inner peace, this could be it:
Metaphor: So Here We Are: "So here we are both wondering when we are going to meet to crack that problem together and all it takes is a phone call or a meeting, doesn't it. And yes, we know there is an intricate dance in the mind - our responses and we can change these can't we, from feelings of distress to ones of love and joy. I'm here for you, to accompany you all the way. You just hadn't realised that yet, that's all. Now that you know that I know you are ready, I'm ready too, to show you how to achieve that inner calm." (c) 2010.
The books called: How to Deal With Anxiety Workbook, and How to Deal With Depression Workbook is just the beginning of overcoming my own anxiety about writing so that I can delve into the novels of real phenomenon and experiences as in my poetry.
Hope for preventing Depression at Cell Level Worldwide
In 2002 I became interested in organic and superfood supplements. I always seem to benefit both physically and mentally when I take organic supplements and Superfoods.
I soon found out about Chlorella and everything changed for me, as I took to the powerful Chlorella and started my research on this product in 2007. I was able to think clearer and I repelled junk food more. I seemed to want to eat more fresh food.
What I found even more interesting was how it brought my taste buds back. For me this helped me to realize that my body system was going through a powerful detox of cleaning my blood, generating new blood cells and cleaning the entire system of my major organs and digestive tract.
Chlorella sort of became my little miracle pill for a higher dose of vitamin B12, and various other vital vitamins, minerals and nutrients. I would take a course of it two or three times a year to boost my energy and found myself walking for miles all over town and feeling just great.
In my view, this little pill is underestimated by those that can help us build healthier lives, families, and communities.

This book is built around a very clear concept: recovery.
It's not just about aiding recovery. Having great thinking about this problem is linked to the ability to change how a person can choose to feel by filtering out the negative information from what we take into our memory every millisecond. Can you imagine, the seven bits of data we choose to recall can make all the difference in decision making and belief formation. Once a person realises that the current situation is not serving them, it’s time to read on right here in these pages.
In this book, we look at all the ways you can improve your own thinking, starting with realising the nature and specifics of the problem and to be open to new ideas about it. This book will also look at the many other steps that can be taken to support this goal, beginning with recognising that you personally are not the problem and it doesn't reside in you. To begin with, being objective about depression and solving it like a project can lead to great rewards. The choices you make could add benefits to your view about self-esteem and confidence, not only to get rid of the depression but for others to notice how you can shine and spring back into being yourself.
In Dealing with Depression, we'll cover all the bases, giving you everything you need to know to regain an extraordinary type of confidence of new light to consider.
