Great value, nice bronze on fair skin, but must layer!
I ordered the light bronze. So far so good! I just received this yesterday and put my first coat on with a tanning mit - I let it dry and about 30 min later I laid in bed (put a towel down just in case) and I didn’t notice any brown or streaking residue on the towel. I put unscented lotion on my knees and ankles prior to applying and avoided over applying in those areas- I woke up with a nice even glow, no dark knees or spotty ankles! I was pretty pleased. I did have to apply another layer this morning because it’s definitely a very light gradual bronze that should be layered since it’s not very dark on the first one, but for me that was perfect because I have very very fair skin. I was worried it would be orange with my skin tone, but it was a very nice bronze that matched my natural tan (picture attached shows natural tan on arm vs. tanner on legs). My legs don’t see the sun often and they were milk white before. I don’t even mind the scent, it’s very light and smells better than a professional spray tan. Great product for the price and will definitely purchase again! I gave four starts because I do think I’ll have to put several more layers on and I think the dark bronze would have been too dark for my skin (wish they had a medium available or I just have to look further) and I do feel like the moisturizer does continue to have a somewhat sticky feeling, not terrible, more like it never feels totally dry. I haven’t showered with it yet, if anything changes I’ll update the review.
