About the Author
White Eagle is the renowned and much-loved spirit guide of the medium Grace Cooke. Although his perceived personality relates to that of an Iroquois chief, his hearers have also detected lives in China, Tibet, India and the Middle East. He has spoken too of lives in South America and Egypt.

The collective messages attributed to White Eagle are in my estimation the most harmonious, inspired and credible of all channelled materials. Here there are no cults of personality, no sensationalistic prophecies, no complex esoteric formulae, no dualistic power struggles to overcome. This book probably comes as close as any so-called New Age literature can in building a bridge of understanding between orthodox Christians and Spirit-guided universalists.
Orthodoxy proclaims that the Evil One rules this earth. White Eagle says: "...all aspects of life are contained within the Creator. If you believe that God is all-powerful, all-wise and all-loving, that God contains everything, God cannot rule here and what you call the devil rule over there. God is the whole; God holds all within his grasp, all is within his divine Intelligence." (p 52) Evil is likened to darkness. To remove evil, we do not fight it or resist it but we carry a light to illumine the darkness. So, darkness (evil) is overcome with light (love).
The Christ is the true Son of God. It is universal in its presence and availability. It is not uniquely attributed to Jesus. "Christ is more than a person; Christ is love; Christ is a quality of consciousness that can come to all men." (pp 76) But the man Jesus often spoke as a pure vehicle of the Christ-spirit. "...Christ the Son, the light of the Logos [Word], completely illuminated the human personality of Jesus of Nazareth." (p 27)
This is a book for seekers who are willing to open their hearts and overcome the doctrines and dogmas of fear which characterize much of orthodox Christendom.

Sometimes our bodies are out of harmony and then we need the light of Christ. When the body is sick it is in some way lacking the light; all disease will in due time be traced back to this lack, to the unconscious disharmony in the soul. There is a hold-up in the inflow of the light. When man understands his whole being, when he understands the working of his higher self so that body and spirit are functioning harmoniously, then the physical body will lose its diseased state. When we lay aside all mental anguish and turn within to that place of light, that well of intuition and spiritual sensitivity, then we become aware of the invisible company of healers and the power that they bring.
All ills come to help the soul to understand and to acquire wisdom. Karma is the opportunity given to each soul to learn wisdom and the wondrous love of God. God does not send us pain and suffering but the law of God says that inharmony in the soul sometimes has to work out through the physical body. It is in this way that the soul gains a deeper consciousness of the power of God. All life's experiences have one object - to gradually purify, to bring light into the whole being and to raise the mortal to the immortal. If we are able to learn and accept this then we have opened the door to those heights of spiritual glory that the saints and the illumined ones have been able to enjoy. We are children of God and within us is the God-power. It is the development of our soul that is the purpose of life and which will make us perfectly whole.
We draw to ourselves the conditions we think about so if we dwell on sickness, limitation, poverty or fear we set up a vibration which attracts these very conditions. We must train ourselves to set up a vibration of love, light, hope, confidence, and peace because it is God's will that we should create the kingdom of heaven about us. True prayer - complete surrender of the soul to God's will - sets up a vibration in the soul which goes right to the source of supply. God's will is that our bodies should be healthy, holy and able to enjoy all the good things of life. In the process we expand our little self into our great self or the Christ self. The first requirement for healing is to leave aside all disturbances created by the physical and material life and seek the innermost sanctuary where all is peace. Then the healing forces truly enter into the soul and body.
If you suspect that illness might be related to disharmony, then you will find this book full of valuable information.
