I bought the Ifit Weight Loss Program Level 2 card for my incline trainer. I had read reviews of the level 1 workout, which some had said was too easy, so I didn't bother starting with that one. The level 2 card is the first one I've used.

I've had the incline trainer and the Ifit card for about 3 months now. When I first began using the card it was extremely difficult and I was not able to finish the early workouts without either stopping to rest periodically or lowering the speed and/or incline to give my heart a break. There were times when I thought my heart was going to burst out of my chest, but I stuck with it.

I took the advice of another reviewer here (Kristi) and modified the way I use the workout. Rather than advance to a new workout every other day I instead do the same workout 3 full times until I feel I've mastered it and then progress to the next one. For example, on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday I'll do workout #1 (taking a break on Wednesday) and then on Saturday, Sunday and the next Monday I'll do workout #2 (taking a break on Friday).

I've found this to be a great way to increase my endurance while also using the same workout card for a longer period of time, saving me some money. Today I started workout #21 (of 24) so I'm almost finished with the whole card and am shopping to buy the next one.

So, in a nutshell, the workouts were very difficult when I started using the card but now, 3 months later, they've increased in time from about 30 minutes each up to 45 minutes and I'm finding it much easier. I can now do the full 45 minutes without stopping to rest or slowing the machine down. This is exactly what I hoped for. I haven't lost a ton of weight.

Okay, I know this product isn't getting rave reviews - but I think it's because most are thinking it's a step up from level 1. I used the card that came with the treadmill and then thought - I'm ready for level 2 - I'll try the weight loss one. Needless to say, this thing has been kicking my butt!

It actually takes me about 3 days to make it through one of the programs - without having to change the speed or incline. I make sure I've completed a program before going on to the next. This workout really gets me to sweating and I've noticed a big increase in my fitness as a result of using this program. AND, due to having to run through each program about 3 times it's been well worth the price.

So appreciative of all the other reviews on how tough it was and so I was prepared 'to die'. Also, this I-Fit card fits slightly different into the I-Fit slot than the I-Fit Level 1. I believe it goes in 'a little deeper', if you will, as the program 'stopped' half way through the first time. Ugh! So be sure to have it 'properly placed' to play without interruption. Once the I-Fit light is on and stays on without a jiggle dislodging it, you are good to go. Unfortunately, if it jiggles out of it's spot, there's no way to fast forward to the 'spot where you last left off' and all your stats are gone and then you have to start over :/ So enjoy this tough workout!!

OK, so my I-Fit card was defective, as the same thing happened again. BUT, FOGDOG was GREAT with customer service and refunded right away.

I purchased weight loss intermediate when I got my NordicTrack stationary bike. Last May I weighed 270lbs. Yesterday at my semi annual doc visit I weighed 240. My A1C test for diabetes has dropped from 6.8 to 5.6 and I have now been taken off of one med for this disease and will be off the other one in two weeks as I withdraw from it. My total blood work was within normal range on everything for the first time in 40 years.
While we seem to be having problems with iFit since their "upgrade" last month, the exercise machine and Jillian are doing just fine@ Although I've lost the voice side of Jillians workout, I really don't need her telling me to keep going, I'm doing fine without that. I do miss yelling back at her though. My wife reminds me that she can't hear me yell but it makes me feel better!
I'm halfway to my goal of 210. Actually, I weigh in the low 230s but at the doc office I can't shed my clothes to weigh au natural!
I skipped the beginning level of the weight loss program because I felt it would be too easy. When I went from 30 minutes to 45, it was tough. A month or so ago I moved up to 60 minutes. Then I deployed with FEMA to NYC for a few weeks and dropped back to the beginning of Level 3 when I returned. Now I'm back to 45 minutes and soon to move back to 60. This is a great program and tends to keep me moving toward my weight loss goal.

Takes the guesswork out of your workout routine. Makes it so you can put all your concentration towards the actual workout. Push through it with voiced motivation. Recommended starting from level one and working up to level two.

I purchased iFit Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Program Level 1 for my treadmill and went through it and stayed on the last workout on the card for several weeks before buying level 2. I expected level 2 to pick up where level 1 left off but it doesn't. You leave level 1 at a high incline but a moderate walk. Level 2 takes you to a high incline with a jog. There was no way to walk at an 8% incline at 5mph..at least not for me.
