Masoor Dal (Also known as Masur Dal) is simply known in the West as split red lentils. These organic lentils are highly versatile and commonly used in South Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine. Our lentils are grown on organic farms in India and are packaged at the peak of the crop. No preservatives and no fillers - just the single ingredient of Masoor Dal.
These little legumes have a pleasant, earthy flavor. They're easy to prepare, no presoaking needed and cooks in just 30 minutes dissolving into a nice soup.
