Easy enough, if the killer doesn't find him first.
But who would believe the Prince of Lies?
It's been a long time coming. Tom Statford is in New Orleans, ready to tie the knot with the love of his life. Things are going well, which was his first clue things would go badly.
The second clue was the pair of people dying in front of him, killed by the darkest magic.
The third clue? A missing god with power over the dead.
It's a race against time as Tom must find out who's keeping the dead restless and the living in fear.
And in this case, it's the truth that sticks.
What begins as a typical night in the office takes a turn for the strange when Tom Statford is approached by his sister with a problem: she's on the run for a trio of murders she's not sure she didn't commit.
The bad part: she could have done it.
The worse part: Tom isn't sure she didn't.
As evidence mounts, Tom has to outrun the police and the FBI to not only save her, but keep himself out of the crosshairs.
And, of course, that's not including the global conspiracy he manages to uncover. In the twelfth entry to the series, it’s a race against time to stop a global death sentence brought by the gods.
Includes the new short story, Hot Time In The City!
And guess who gets caught in the middle?

Time is running out, and the only place Tom may find the answer is the darkest place of all.
