Sophia writes books, blogs, newsletters and videos about self-love, sovereignty, off-world contact, unconditional love and this awakening awareness/shift to another frequency that all of us are proceeding through. She's been blogging since 2010 and contacted by off-planet beings since 2012.

With almost daily conversations, there is a great deal of material to share! She calls this "inclusion", as it is most certainly another form of diversity that will soon become a part of the culture here for all of us. The beings are introducing her not only to themselves and the worlds on which they live but to new ideas around the forms that life can take, governance, love, health, education and even some hints at what the process we are going through can look like. Some of them are living on planets that have already "shifted". Future books are in the works, as these conversations continue.

The book is wonderful. The author, Sophia, guides you on a journey of self love and forgiveness. Sophia is open, vulnerable, a warrior. I found this book to be very beneficial to my spiritual journey. I've enjoyed the words of wisdom, the uplifting messages, the reminders of how powerful we are.
